I love the proximity to the airport. We have stayed there often and have been well pleased. This time, the staff seemed even more pleasant than usual. They were courteous and professional but really humanized the process of checking in.

Everything but above all the staff. We had a few flights cancel on us and everyone from front desk to the server in breakfast was understanding and helpful and ready to do their best to make it up to us. I am so thankful for them for making this biter trip better.

This hotel is right inside BDL airport with parking. We leave our car here. We wake up for 6am flights and only have to go downstairs to wait for our flight. When we arrive home the car is right there in the airport. It is a very comfortable and convenient.

We love the convenience of leaving our car at the airport and staying right at the airport. The convenience of just going downstairs for a early morning flight is fantastic, especially in winter months.

My room and bathroom were very nice. The bed is really comfortable and it is quiet when you are in the room. The staff was very pleasant. I ate in the lounge and the food was really good. I always stay at the Sheraton when I am flying out on a trip.

Location/proximity to terminal is steps away. It was nice and quiet for a night's sleep. This was a great option rather than waking at 2:30am to get to the airport to catch a 6am flight.

Beautiful rooms - obviously recently done over. The bathroom especially - no bath with a dirty shower curtain. Just a new giant shower with big glass doors and lovely products within. Wish I was staying longer than 1 night.
